Cold Rolling Line for Straight & Coiled Rebars
Processes hot-rolled wire rod into straightened or coiled cold-rolled ribbed rebar

Our rebar straightening and cutting line is a highly reliable rebar production line designed for the production of cold-rolled ribbed steel. This cold rolling line handles an inlet wire rod range of Ø5.5mm to Ø14mm, offering a flexible solution for reinforcing wire rolling, capable of delivering both precision-cut straight rebar and high-density coiled reinforcing bar in finished diameters from Ø5mm to Ø12mm, depending on your specific production requirements.
This cold rolling line simplifies the rebar manufacturing process by integrating steel wire rolling, ribbing, straightening and cutting into a single streamlined flow. The rebar cutting machine provides exceptional flexibility, producing straight bars in lengths ranging from 0.6m to 12m. Operating at a maximum production speed of 2m/s, this reinforcing bar making machine ensures consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
Whether you need to produce fixed-length straight rebar or coiled rebar, this reinforcing bar making machine is the ideal choice to meet the diverse demands of the global steel reinforcement market.

Straightening and Flying Shear UnitAfter rib forming, rebar enters a multi-roller straightener and flying shear for straightening and cut-to-length processing. This arrangement helps maintain clear rib patterns while minimizing surface scratches. Straightness accuracy is ≤ 2 mm/m, and cut length accuracy is ± 3 mm.
