The flux-cored wire line can handle steel strip specifications, such as 0.8×14 mm or 1.0×14 mm, with custom configurations available to meet specific client requirements. It supports a filling rate range of 10% to 60% with a remarkable filling accuracy of ±0.4%.

To meet the diverse needs of the global welding market, our flux-cored wire line incorporates production stages of wire forming, flux filling, diameter reduction, and surface cleaning. Optimized to produce finished welding wire in standard diameters of 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, and 2.0mm, this flux-cored welding wire machine ensures uniform specifications, and stable chemical composition.
